Satish started his professional career as Company Secretary with Binary Semantics Limited, an Information Technology Company in the month of October 1999. Since 1999, Satish has headed various functions in various corporate entities for different sectors including IT, manufacturing, banking, housing finance and non – banking finance, real estate, infrastructure and port sector for over 11 years including corporate legal & litigation, secretarial and compliance functions of various organisations (listed, un-listed, government and private sector) including Binary Semantics Limited (IT Sector) from 1999 to 2002 as Company Secretary and Corporate Legal & Accounts, Sharma Bajaj & Associates (Company Secretaries) from 2002 – 2005 as practicing Company Secretary, Schrader Duncan Limited (Listed Company) from February 2002 to August 2002 as Company Secretary, Cent Bank Home Finance Limited (Housing Finance Company) & Central Bank of India (Public Sector Bank) from 2005 to 2009 as Company Secretary, Compliance and Corporate Legal and Litigation, Indira Container terminal Limited (Port Terminal Infrastructure Company) from August 2009 to January 2010 as Company Secretary and Head Legal, Orbit Corporation Limited (Real Estate-Listed Company) from 2010 to 2011 as Company Secretary and Corporate Legal / compliance.
